Does the contractor need to be finished first?

Yes — all trades should be done and out, with power and water running, so we can clean every surface once without redoing work.
Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes. We bring all plant-based products and equipment, including our reusable cloths — no harsh chemical residue left behind.
What about paint splatter or sticker residue?

Light residue on windows and fixtures is included. Anything heavy-duty, just mention it when you book so we can plan for it.
